Properties of palo santo:
Palo Santo is believed to act at the level of the fifth chakra or throat chakra, in fact it is used to relieve respiratory tract ailments such as coughs, colds, allergies; but also asthma attacks. Keeps annoying insects away, in fact the palo santo is unwelcome to mosquitoes, flies and other insects. It is a psychophysical relaxant, as its aroma gives a sense of peace and serenity, it also helps to have good quality sleep. It is an anxiolytic and antidepressant. Harmonizes body, mind and spirit by restoring inner balance; for this reason it has been defined as the perfume of the soul. It purifies environments from negativity by carrying out a sort of energy and vibrational cleansing, for this reason it is burned during ceremonies or meditations in the form of incense, stakes, cones and shavings. 
How to use it: just light the stick with the fire and let it burn for a few seconds. After blowing on it, the stick will start to release a more or less dense smoke, more or less dancing; and thus it will begin to purify the entire environment.
