If you are lucky enough to receive a Simaré Studio Gift Certificate here are some important things to keep in mind: our gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates. Check the correct receipt of your voucher immediately after the purchase, it may happen that the spam filters send our emails to the spam folder. Our gift vouchers have a duration of 6 months from the date of purchase, they are non-refundable and non-refundable after their expiry date.
