Palo Santo is believed to act at the level of the fifth chakra or throat chakra, in fact it is used to relieve respiratory tract ailments such as coughs, colds, allergies; but also asthma attacks. How to use it: just light the stick with the fire and let it burn for a few seconds. After blowing on it, the stick will start to release a more or less dense smoke, more or less dancing; and thus it will begin to purify the entire environment.
